The information on this page is intended for specific condominium associations that require notification, preparation and a potential fee and/or deposit associated with homeowners or tenants moving in or out of their buildings. Typically a notice of 72 hours is required, however, some require as much as 1 week notice and is based on availability.
Please provide as much detail as possible. CAMS will validate the information and provide further instruction and any building specific forms required. Instructions on how and when to make payment will also be communicated in order to confirm the move date. A copy of a signed lease may also be required. Submitting information through the portal does not grant approval or guarantee your move-in date.
