Property improvements must first be approved by your HOA board or through your community’s architectural review process. The more details you provide in your request form – including drawings and other samples – the easier it will be for your HOA to approve your request. Note that incomplete submissions will result in delays, therefore it is very important to review your Association’s specific requirements prior to submitting a request.
Submit Architectural Request and Access Pending RequestsYou will need to login in through the CAMS Owner portal to submit a request. The specific forms for your community will be accessed through your portal.
If you are purchasing a home and you wish to submit a request for architectural review, please coordinate with the seller. All Architectural Review Request applications must be signed by the legal owner of the property at the time of the submission.
If you are building a new home in one of our communities, please contact the developer for further assistance. For general questions you may contact CAMS at cs@camsmgt.com. Please allow 48 hours for a reply.
Your community is guided by governing documents that require prior approval for any exterior changes to your home. These proposed changes must be submitted and approved by your HOA board or architectural review committee prior to making any changes. Please submit details of all changes or improvements for consideration at least 30 days in advance of scheduling any work, to avoid potential delays, fines or other issues. Remember, your board and/or architectural review committee volunteers are working on behalf of all residents to make sure your community’s design guidelines are met. learn more >
