Community Association Management Specialists (CAMS) is pleased to announce that they are expanding their business by merging with Benchmark Management Group, a North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina based association management company. CAMS is excited to undertake the opportunity to bring their 25+ years of community management expertise to a new market. CAMS’ years of experience, combined with Benchmark’s 20 years, is sure to create a successful business venture that will be mutually beneficial to both the Wilmington and Myrtle Beach areas.

In joining with Benchmark, CAMS will be serving 365 associations (which amounts to 50,000+ homes) and will proudly offer 130 staff members who are professionals in community association management and seven of whom are PCAMS. BenchmarkCAMS in North Myrtle Beach, SC will boast the title of AAMC designated management company and the combined firm will be a member of both local North and South Carolina CAI chapters.
