Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North and South Carolina’s premier community management company, is proud to announce that Jenny Pratt has earned her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation. Jenny has been in the community management industry for seven years, including six years working with CAMS. She currently serves as a community manager in CAMS’ Charlotte, North Carolina, region.
The CMCA® certification, developed by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB), provides managers with the specialized knowledge needed to effectively manage associations, including managing finances, understanding legal considerations, and developing effective communication strategies between board members and homeowners. In addition, earning this certification ensures that managers are up to date on best practices within the industry and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
"I am excited to have earned my CMCA," said Pratt. "I am both surprised by and thrilled with the increased confidence having my CMCA has given me."
Chelsa Fenner, CMCA®, AMS® PCAM®, vice president of CAMS’ Charlotte region, is pleased to see Pratt pursuing her credentials.
“We are so proud of Jenny for obtaining her CMCA®,” said Fenner. “This designation is an essential step toward building your professional expertise, and we are thrilled that she has taken this next in her career to help ensure we provide our clients with trusted guidance.”
