Community Association Management Services (CAMS) is pleased to announce that Senior Community Manager, Kari Clemente, LCAM, CMCA, has earned her Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation.
Clemente entered the community management industry in 2004 and joined the CAMS team in 2020. Her roles have included onsite management of large-scale associations and 55+ communities. She has also handled a portfolio of new construction properties, single-family homes, and townhomes.
Clemente is proud of her achievement, stating, “Earning my AMS reflects the support I get from my CAMS family. I thank God that I’m a member of a team that encourages excellence and believes in everyone’s potential.”
Regional Vice President Adam Soccorsi, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is thrilled to see Clemente continuing to pursue her industry credentials.
