CAMS (Community Association Management Services), an industry leader in community and condominium association management services throughout the Carolinas, is proud to announce that Co-Owner/Founder Mike Stonestreet CMCA, AMS, PCAM, has been named president of the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI).

CAI is an international organization with over 40,000 members and 64 chapters that provides support and resources to community members who volunteer to manage their homeowner’s associations as well as the professional association managers who assist them. In addition to resource materials such as web content, books, and guides, CAI also offers workshops, seminars, conferences, and education programs to its members.

Mike is thrilled to have received the opportunity to serve as president of this prestigious organization. “I’m honored to serve as president of CAI-NC for 2019.
