CAMS Promotes Amelia Chadwick to Regional Director of On-site Management

CAMS (Community Association Management Services) is excited to announce that on-site community manager Amelia Chadwick, CMCA, AMS, has been promoted to Regional Director of On-site Management in Charlotte.

Chadwick joined the CAMS team in 2016 and has over a decade of experience in the community management industry. Throughout her career, she has managed large-scale, high-rise, and multi-family communities. Most recently, she has played an active role in managing communities in various phases of new construction.

“My goal as On-site Regional Director is to provide managers with the guidance and support that I’ve been fortunate enough to receive throughout my time with CAMS,” said Chadwick.

Regional Vice President Adam Soccorsi, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, is thrilled to see Chadwick step into her new role.

“Amelia has demonstrated unwavering commitment and exceptional skill in her time with CAMS,” said Soccorsi. “She has managed newly developing communities, and her expertise in community dynamics and building relationships has played a critical role in these projects. We look forward to the insights and dedication she’ll bring to her new leadership position.”

In her new role, Chadwick will work with on-site managers to establish best practices while supporting them and their boards in handling the complexities of large-scale communities. She will provide support to boards and act as a senior-level advisor for more complicated issues.
