Community Association Management Services (CAMS), North and South Carolina’s premier community management company, has promoted Kathleen Puiatti to regional director of its Raleigh, North Carolina branch. With more than 30 years of experience in the industry and an extensive background in accounting, Puiatti is well-suited for this role.
Puiatti joined the CAMS team in 2022. Having worked in the community association management industry since 1991, she has held roles such as accountant and community manager at various companies throughout her career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and public administration from SUNY Albany.
"I'm extremely excited to have earned this promotion," said Puiatti. "I'm eager to drive the Raleigh team forward as CAMS continues to be a frontrunner in the industry."
As regional director, Puiatti will oversee community managers in Raleigh, develop goals for her team, contribute to marketing efforts, and assist with welcoming new associations into CAMS management. In addition, she will focus on ensuring that CAMS’ top-tier service is maintained throughout the area and continuing to foster relationships with board members and owners.
Alina Cochran, vice president of CAMS’ Raleigh region, is thrilled to see Puiatti step into the regional director position.
“Kathleen is a perfect fit for the regional director role with her 30 years of experience in the homeowner’s association industry,” said Cochran. “The support and expertise she offers to clients and staff is an invaluable asset to the Raleigh region.”
