Community Association Management Services (CAMS), the premier community management company throughout the Carolinas, is thrilled to announce Chloe Thompson, aPHR, has been promoted to Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager.
Thompson joined CAMS in 2016 and served as the Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist. She is a University of North Carolina Wilmington graduate and interned with the university’s Human Resources (HR) department, where her passion for HR and talent acquisition grew.
Thompson’s duties in her new position include onboarding new employees, processing internal transfers and promotions, holding orientation for new team members, and providing support and guidance to the hiring managers. Though she has performed these tasks in her previous role, this promotion reflects the ever-growing need for talent recruitment.
“I am delighted to grow on the talent acquisition side of HR in my new position,” said Thompson. “I look forward to continuing to aid our hiring managers in finding the right person for each position and driving our onboarding process to ensure a smooth and successful start for new hires.”
Stacey Lenau, SPHR, Director of Human Resources, is thrilled to see Thompson take on extra responsibilities and grow in her role.
“This is a well-deserved promotion for Chloe,” said Lenau. “She embodies and promotes our company’s core values and has truly become a source of trusted guidance when it comes to selecting and onboarding new talent. She is relentlessly focused on putting the right people in the right position, and I’m so excited to see her continue to grow.”
