The PCAM® is the highest professional recognition available to community association managers.
Dearing has been with CAMS for four years and started as a Community Manager before being promoted to Regional Director. Prior to entering the community management industry, Dearing worked in accounting and bookkeeping.
Dearing celebrated her achievement, saying, “Earning the PCAM® was a challenging journey, but it’s undoubtedly one of the most rewarding milestones in my career.”
