The North Carolina Chapter of the Community Association Institute (CAI-NC) will be holding its annual conference in Wilmington, NC this year.
CAI is an international organization with over 40,000 members and 64 chapters that provides support and resources to community members who volunteer to manage their homeowner’s associations as well as the professional association managers who assist them. In addition to resource materials such as web content, books and guides, CAI also offers workshops, seminars, conferences and education programs to its members.
“We at CAMS are pleased to host the CAI-NC Annual Conference and Expo in our hometown. I encourage homeowners, board members, managers and other association professionals to attend and take advantage of having access to seminars and networking opportunities right here in Wilmington”, said CAMS Co-owner/Founder and CAI-NC Chapter President, Mike Stonestreet.
The conference will kick off on Thursday, August 1st, at 2:30 PM with networking events for members and continue Friday, August 2nd, with all-day learning sessions. These sessions will provide community managers access to the latest and greatest industry resources.
